摘要

双组分水性环氧体系由水性环氧乳液与水性环氧固化剂组成,其中水性环氧固化剂的组成与结构对涂膜性能有着直接的影响。根据固化温度对固化剂进行了分类,重点阐述了室温环氧固化剂的类别及其特点,综述了针对各类室温型环氧树脂水性固化剂的制备技术、改性方法和使用条件,总结了现阶段双组分室温型固化体系所存在的问题及研究方向,为进一步改性制备固化性能优异的固化剂提供了参考。

Abstract

The two-component waterborne epoxy system consists of waterborne epoxy emulsion and waterborne epoxy curing agent.The composition and structure of waterborne epoxy curing agent have a direct effect on the performance of the coating film.In this paper,the curing agents were classified according to curing temperature,the types,advantages and disadvantages of room temperature curing agents were mainly introduced,the preparation technology,modification methods and application conditions of various room temperature curing agents were summarized,the existing problems of two-component room temperature curing system at present were summarized,and the future research direction of the waterborne epoxy curing agent was prospected,which provided a reference for further modification to prepare curing agents with excellent curing properties.
