摘要

将雾化喷涂的涂料视为一种"理想混合气体",用克拉伯龙-克劳修斯(Clapyron-Clausius)方程式建立水性漆喷涂模型,得出控制水性漆湿膜溶剂含量概念的一种工艺方法。该方法通过提高喷涂过程中水性漆溶剂挥发速率,快速大量去除水性漆中的有机溶剂,来等效实现传统方法中湿膜在流平过程中的溶剂挥发量。该方法具有显著的节能减排效果,同时提升产品质量。

Abstract

Spraying coating is regarded as ideal gas,building a model by Clapyron-Clausius equation and founding a method of controlling water-based paint's solvent content.The method can improve volatility of water-based paint's solvent during the spraying process and remove solvent fastly.The method is equivalent to classic controlling of solvent content.It has significant effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction,at the same time,can improve product quality.
