通过对涂装车间人工及自动化工位的对比分析,找出整体提升车间自动化率的方向。针对涂装车间在建成十年后,自动化率逐渐落后,而且在持续改造改进和生产持续发展过程中遇到的各类问题,从人工成本、工艺改进、质量提升、检查交付改进等多个方向展开论述,解决了现在涂装车间面临的人员及设备成本问题。

Through the comparative analysis of the manual and automatic work stations in the paintshop,the paper finds out the direction of improving the automation rate of the workshop as a whole.After ten years of construction,the automation rate of the coating workshop is gradually backward,and various problems will be encountered in the process of continuous transformation and improvement and continuous development of production process are analyzed.From the aspects of labor cost,process improvement,quality improvement,inspection and delivery improvement,the problems of personnel and equipment cost faced by the coating workshop are solved.
