摘要

介绍了上汽商用车某锆化前处理工艺的涂装线液滤配置,对该线体主要的电泳缺陷进行分析,给出了排查方法并提供了一种控制措施,对前处理电泳质量的提升具有较高的参考价值。

Abstract

The coating line liquid filter configuration of zirconization pretreatment process for SAIC commercial vehicles was introduced.The main electrophoretic defects of the line body was analyzed.And the troubleshooting method and control measure were provided,which has high reference value for improving the quality of pretreatment electrophoresis.
