摘要
为满足北京市环保要求,针对喷漆室废气大风量、低浓度的特点,对罩光喷漆室排放的废气出具了合理的处理方案,并在实际项目中成功运用,完全满足地方排放标准。该汽车涂装车间安装的废气浓缩转轮焚烧系统处理了罩光喷漆房排出的含VOC气体,通过详细阐述涂装车间废气浓缩沸石转轮焚烧系统的设计背景、设备工作原理、设计方案、安装调试、设备处理效果及完成状态等技术细节,对汽车行业VOC气体处理设备上马提供了一个技术参考,也为企业环保工作的实施提供了一个成功案例。
Abstract
In order to reach the environmental protection standards of Beijing,according to the characteristics of large air volume and low concentration of exhaust gas in the spray booth,a reasonable treatment scheme was proposed for exhaust gas discharged by the clear coating booth,which was successfully used in the actual project and fully met the local emission standards.The paint shop KPR system installation handling the clear coating booth VOC gas.By elaborating KPR design of background,working principle,design scheme,as well as the installation and debugging,equipment processing effect and finish the technical details,that provides a technical reference for VOC gas treatment equipment in automobile industry.It also provides a successful case for the implementation of environmental protection work in enterprises.
