摘要

对喷涂机器人气动系统控制原理及其双组分油漆供应进行介绍,针对某汽车厂喷涂机器人在该方面使用过程中油漆返漆进入阀岛控制气通道、油漆管道爆管、清漆层表面失光等问题进行深入探析,总结现场经验,提出改善方法,对出现的问题从源头到末端都制定有效的标准及改善对策,因此在使用喷涂机器人过程中出现长时间、高频次停机的问题得以降低。

Abstract

The control principle of the pneumatic system and the two-component paint supply for the spraying robot are described.Aiming at problems such as paint repainting entering the valve terminal to control the air passage,varnish tarnishing,and paint pipeline bursting during the use of a painting robot in an automobile factory,the field experience,proposes improvement methods,formulates effective standards and improvement measures for the problems that occur from the source to the end are summarized.Therefore,the problem of long and high frequency shutdown of the spraying robot during use can be reduced.
