摘要

根据轨道交通的间歇式生产工艺,结合吸附浓缩+催化燃烧的处理方式,设计了以新型颗粒分子筛为吸附剂的涂装废气净化设备,以典型挥发性有机物甲苯和二甲苯为模型分子进行静态/动态吸附评价。试验结果表明:由于介孔的引入和晶粒的减小,多级孔ZSM-5分子筛的比表面积,二甲苯静态饱和吸附量明显高于常规微孔ZSM-5分子筛和其他两种商业分子筛;空心柱状多级孔ZSM-5分子筛对甲苯和二甲苯动态饱和吸附量分别为8.62%和4.48%,具有VOC广谱吸附性和良好的疏水性;多级孔ZSM-5分子筛在120~200℃热空气脱附下保持良好的安全性和结构稳定性,再生性能稳定。

Abstract

According to the intermittent production process of rail transit,combined with the treatment method of adsorption concentration and catalytic combustion,painting exhaust gas depuration equipment with new particle zeolites as the adsorbent was designed.Typical volatile organic compounds,toluene and xylene were used as model molecule for static/dynamic adsorption evaluation.The results showed that the specific surface area and static saturated adsorption capacity of xylene of the multi-porous ZSM-5 were significantly higher than the conventional microporous ZSM-5 and the other two commercial zeolites;The dynamic saturated adsorption capacity of toluene and xylene of hollow-column multi-porous ZSM-5 was 8.62%and 4.48%,which had broad-spectrum VOC adsorption and good hydrophobicity;The multi-porous ZSM-5 maintained good safety,structural stability and stable regeneration performance under the desorption of hot air at 120~200℃.
