摘要

介绍了TJ1357-6大红表面绝缘漆的常规性能,对表面绝缘漆的黏度-温度变化曲线、干燥方式对漆膜性能的影响、温度对活化期的影响及表面绝缘漆的配套性进行了研究。结果表明:TJ1357-6大红表面绝缘磁漆具有优异的耐水性、耐湿热性、耐酸碱性、耐盐雾性、耐人工加速老化及电气性能,与浸渍漆配套性良好,复合涂层外观平整,附着力达到0级。

Abstract

The conventional properties of the TJ 1357-6 red surface insulating paint were introduced.In addition,the viscosity-temperature change curve of the surface insulating paint,the influence of drying mode on the film performance,the influence of temperature on the potlife and the matching of the surface insulating paint were studied.The results show that the TJ 1357-6 red surface insulating enamel has excellent water resistance,heat and humidity resistance,acid and alk ali resistance,salt fog resistance,artificial accelerated aging resistance and electrical performance.It had good compatibility with the impregnating varnish.The appearance of the composite coating was uniform and the adhesion reached 0 level.
