摘要

环氧云铁中间漆通常作为防腐配套涂层的中间层,不仅起到增加涂层厚度的作用,还具有优异的耐酸碱、耐化学品性能。木文主要论述了环氧厚浆云铁中间漆的制备方法,其漆膜可在低温下固化,且具有优异的耐酸碱和耐化学品性能;体积固含为80%,挥发性有机溶剂含量少,一遍施工厚度可达150μm以上,符合环境友好型涂料的发展方向。

Abstract

Epoxy iron-cloud paint is used as the intermediate layer of anticorrosion supporting coating.It not only plays the role of increasing the thickness of coating,but also requires that the coating has excellent acid and alkali resistance and chemical resistance.The preparation method of epoxy-thick slurry iron-cloud intermediate paint was discussed.The film can be cured at low temperature,and has excellent acid and alkali resistance and chemical resistance.The volume solid content is 80%,the content of volatile organic solvents is less,the thickness of one construction can reach more than 150μm,in line with the development direction of environment-friendly coating.
