摘要

通过对某型号大修飞机进行水膜连续性监控,归纳出大修飞机水膜不连续的典型部位,并对水膜不连续的特点和原因进行分析,采用多种预处理方法进行处理,通过对比试验,最后优化出最佳处理方法,从而提升大修飞机整机漆层的结合力。

Abstract

Through the continuous monitoring of water film of airplane major repair,the typical parts of discontinuous water film were summarized,the characteristics and reasons were also analyzed.Multiple preprocessing methods were used,finally,the best treatment method was optimized to improve the painting adhesion of the airplane major repair.
