为了提高涂层的耐腐蚀性,增强前处理脱脂工艺对车身金属件表面油脂去除能力,提出了一种基于新型油水分离器的脱脂系统除油策略,首先改变成游浮式溢流吸油口,然后在油水分离器系统中增加了液面浮油分离装置,最后通过改造前后的对比试验,证明了该方法的有效性,可降低脱脂原液的流失。

In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the coating and enhance the degreasing ability of the pretreatment degreasing process on the surface of body metal parts,the degreasing system oil removal strategy based on a new oil-water separator was proposed.Firstly,the floating overflow oil suction port was changed;Secondly,the liquid level floating oil separation device was added in the oil-water separator system;Finally,the effectiveness of the method was proved by the contrast experiment before and after the transformation,which could reduce the loss of degreasing original liquid。
