摘要

针对传统硝基涂料的现状及存在问题,开展新型硝基涂料关键技术以及应用研究。以脂肪酸、甘油、苯酐等低成本易得原材料研制硝基涂料适用树脂,同时拼用热塑性丙烯酸树脂替代硝基纤维素研制新型硝基涂料..着重论述了影响新型硝基涂料性能的因素,所研制的新型硝基涂料产品性能优异,同时提高了该涂料在生产及运输过程中的安全性。

Abstract

In view of the current situation and existing problems of traditional nitrocellulose coatings,the key technology and application research products of new nitrocellulose coatings were developed with low cost and easy to obtain raw materials such as fatty acid,glycerol,phthalic anhydride,etc.At the same time,the new nitrocellulose coatings were developed with thermoplastic acrylic resin instead of nitrocellulose various factors affecting the preparation of nitro coatings were discussed emphatically.The developed products have excellent properties and improve the safety of the coatings during production and transportation.
