摘要

以国内某品牌的热反射隔热涂料、醇酸磁漆、国外三角牌水性隔热涂料为面漆,与我所常用的底漆配套制成3种涂层,深入研究了3种涂层的隔热效果及隔热机理,并创新性地研究了热反射隔热涂层对天线表面透波性的影响,从而优选出配套性好、隔热效果最佳且电性能影响最小的涂层用于我所某大型天线表面,以减小因温差变化对天线精度产生的不利影响。

Abstract

Using a certain domestic brand of thermal reflective thermal insulation paint,alkyd enamel,and foreign triangle brand water-based heat-insulating paint,which are matched with commonly used primer to make three kinds of coatings,and the in-depth study the barrier effects of the three layers positive shooting mechanism.And the effect of thermal insulation coating on the wave permeability of the antenna surface was innovatively studied.Therefore,the coating with good compatibility,best heat insulation effect and the least impact on electrical properties is selected on the surface of a certain antenna.The purpose is to reduce the adverse effect of the temperature different on the accuracy of the antenna.
