摘要

电泳涂膜针孔、缩孔是基材表面工艺处理过程中的常见缺陷,严重影响产品的防腐蚀性能。重点介绍了某涂装线体电泳漆膜外观形成大面积针孔、缩孔的解决案例,过程运用5M1E详细排查、试验及缺陷锁定,并根据试验结论制定了相应的解决方案。

Abstract

The pinholes and shrinkage holes in electrophoretic coating are common defects in the process of substrate surface treatment,which seriously affect the anti-corrosion performance of products.The solution of large-area pinholes and shrinkage holes in the appearance of an electrophoretic coating film of a certain coating line were introduced.In the process,5M1E was used to describe the investigation,test and defect locking in detail,and corresponding solutions were formulated according to the test results.
