摘要

探索了水性环氧固化剂的研究方案、参考配方及合成工艺,采用环氧树脂液与胺类化合物初步预聚合的方式,让胺类固化剂带有不同的亲水基团,从而表现出不同的性能,合成出不同使用领域的水性环氧固化剂。经过大量的试验探索,使用N,N-二(3-氨丙基)乙基乙胺与环氧树脂液制备的固化剂在加固胶中性能较好,使用3-甲氨基丙胺或1,3-双羟甲基脲与环氧树脂液制备的固化剂在水性环氧防腐涂料中性能与市售产品性能相当。

Abstract

In this paper,water-based epoxy curing agent in different application fields was synthesized by the preliminary pre-polymerization of epoxy resin solution and amine compounds with different hydrophilic groups through the exploration of water-based epoxy curing agent research scheme,reference formula and synthesis process.After a lot of experiments and exploration,the curing agent prepared by N,N’-bis(3-aminopropyl)ethyl ethylamine and epoxy resin solution has better performance in the strengthening adhesive,and the curing agent prepared by N-methyl-1,3-propanediamine or 1,3-bis(hydroxymethyl)urea and epoxy resin solution has the same performance as the products sold in the waterborne epoxy anticorrosive coating.
