介绍了现有高黏附性散装货物的运输现状,分析了运输车车厢内表面防护涂层研究的必要性,通过选取几种常见的防黏、耐磨涂层进行研究,并对喷有不同涂层的敞顶集装箱在实际应用线路上的镍矿卸货试验进行研究,分析对比及数据测量,得出适于高黏附性散装货物运输车车厢内表面防护涂层。

The transportation status of the existing high adhesion bulk goods were introduced,the necessity of studying the protective coating on the inner surface of the carriage of the transport vehicle were analyzed.Several common anti-adhesion,wear-resistant coatings and the nickel ore unloading test of the open top container sprayed with different coatings on the actual application line were studied.It was concluded that the protective coating was suitable for the inner surface of the carriage of high adhesion bulk cargo transport vehicle.
