摘要

GB/T 9272-2007利用阿基米德原理测定干膜密度,结合试样液体密度、质量固体含量得到不挥发物体积固体含量,从而用来计算涂料相应干膜厚度的实际涂布率,不适用于颜料体积浓度(PVC)超过临界体积浓度(CPVC)的涂料。同时,浸渍液的种类、干膜在蒸馏水中的润湿性、干膜中残留的表面活性剂均可能对测定结果造成明显误差。本文采用GB/T 9272-2007对比Q/HFYQ 0001-2020刮板法就上述影响因素产生偏差情况进行初步探索,对比测试表明Q/HFYQ 0001-2020刮板法完全避免了这方面的问题。

Abstract

The current GB/T 9272-2007 used Archimedes principle to determine the dry-film density,combined with the sample liquid density and mass solid to obtain the non-volatile solid volume fraction,and then calculated the actual coating rate of corresponding dry-film thickness.It is not suitable for coatings with pigment/base volume concentration(PVC)above critical volume concentration(CPVC).Under the influence of Archimedes principle in the determination of dry-film density,the choice of Immersion liquid,the wettability of the dry-film in distilled water and the residual surfactant in the dry-film may cause obvious errors in the determination results.In this paper,the GB/T 9272-2007 comparison of Q/HFYQ 0001—2020 scraper method was used to preliminarily explore the deviation of the above influencing factors,and Q/HFYQ 0001-2020 scraper method completely avoided this problem.
