摘要

阐述了钢结构用水性醇酸防腐涂料的特性及涂装体系设计,详细探讨了钢结构构件的表面处理工艺、涂料调配、涂装环境、预涂、喷涂工艺、质量控制等关键过程和控制方法,从而确保钢结构表面用水性醇酸涂层达到预期防腐效果。

Abstract

The characteristics and the design of the water-based alkyd anticorrosive coating for steel structure were described.The key processes and control methods such as the surface treatment process,coating deployment,coating environment,pre-coating,spraying process,and quality control of steel structural components were discussed in detail.The purpose of this paper is to ensure that the steel structure water-based alkyd coating can achieve the expected anti-corrosion effect.
