摘要

围绕涂装车间天然气消耗设备,以余热作为供给侧,优化烘干炉和废气净化设备排烟温度,实现烘干炉满负荷烟囱温度降低至110-130℃和废气净化装置近零消耗。同时从热量需求侧分析前处理脱脂能耗,预计通过前处理低温脱脂的应用,锅炉天然气将实现近零消耗.以上所有措施每年节省284万m^(3)天然气,并降低CO_(2)排放5566 t。

Abstract

The supply side heats such as the exhaust temperature of the ovens and purification equipment was optimized,so the chimney temperature of the ovens at full load was reduced to 110〜130℃,and near zero energy consumption of the purification equipment was achieved.At the same time,from the demand heat side,the energy consumption of degreasing in pre-treatment was analyzed,and it was expected that through the application of low-temperature degreasing,natural gas of the boiler will reach nearly zero consumption.It saves 2.84 million m^(3) natural gas and reduces 5566 tons C0_(2) emissions each year through all the above measurements.
