摘要
目前各汽车公司新车型为抢占市场,要求汽车新工厂施工周期逐步缩短,A公司从主机厂基建打桩到车型12个月实现量产SOP,涂装车间是关键工序也是施工安全管理的难点。通过明确车间各专业安全责任制、制定现场施工安全作业管理制度、识别车间施工安全危险源及防范措施,根据施工短周期进行施工排序规避交叉施工风险,对现场施工单位制定安全考核细则,做到现场施工四不伤害,最终实现现场施工安全事故为零。
Abstract
At present, in order to seize the market for new models of automobile companies, the construction period of new automobile factories is gradually shortened. Company A realized mass production SOP from infrastructure piling in the main engine plant to 12 months for model, the painting workshop is the key process and the difficulty of construction safety management. By clarifying the safety responsibility system of each profession in the workshop, formulating the management system of site construction safety operation, identifying the source of safety hazards and preventive measures in the workshop, ranking the construction according to the short period of construction, avoiding the risk of cross construction, formulating safety assessment rules for site construction units, so as to achieve four no injuries in site construction and finally achieving zero safety accidents in site construction.
