摘要

主要针对汽车涂装通用限位器部件存在的老化或失效形式,采用相应的测试或表征方法,确认其解决方案。该过程可以有效减少夹具的异常,提升生产安全及漆膜品质。

Abstract

Aiming at the aging and failure modes of some components and parts,which belong to the general door stop fixture for automotive painting,by using the corresponding test or characterization methods to confirm the solutions.The process can effectively reduce the fixture abnormity,and improve the manufacture safety and coating quality.
