摘要

通过溶胶-凝胶法制备一种应用于有机玻璃镀膜板表面的高透光率耐磨涂层,研究了MTES与TEOS用量比、硅溶胶的粒径及用量、纳米氧化锌的用量以及树脂的反应条件。结果表明:MTES与TEOS质量比为5∶1,碱性硅溶胶的粒径为12~15 nm,添加量为30%,反应温度控制在78℃左右,反应2 h,可制备出一定透光率的耐磨涂层,通过加入4%的纳米ZnO,可进一步提高涂层透光率。

Abstract

In this paper,a sol-gel method is used to prepare a wear-resistant coating with high light transmittance applied to the surface of PMMA coated plate.The dosage ratio of MTES to TEOS,the particle size and dosage of silica sol,the dosage of nano-ZnO and the reaction conditions of the sol were studied.The results showed that when the mass ratio of MTES to TEOS was 5:1,the particle size of the alkaline silica sol was 12~15 nm,the addition amount was 30%,the reaction temperature was controlled at about 78 ℃,and the reaction time was two hours,a certain amount could be prepared.By adding 4% nano-ZnO,the transmittance of the coating can be further improved.
