摘要

主要介绍了一种水性双组分黑色亚光涂料的研制方法,从树脂、NCO/OH物质的量比、消光剂、增滑剂等多方面讨论了如何制备出一种绿色环保、涂膜表面细腻的水性双组分黑色亚光涂料。结果表明:通过合成一种水性低羟值丙烯酸树脂,制备出水性炭黑色浆,进一步制备出水性双组分黑色亚光涂料。使用3%消光剂TS-100、0.75%增滑剂P,当NCO/OH物质的量比为1.2∶1.0时,可以获得理想的涂膜外观效果。

Abstract

The development of a waterborne two-component black matt coating is introduced,this paper discusses how to prepare a waterborne two-component black matt coating with environmental protection and fine coating surface from resin,NCO/OH mole ratio,matting agent and slip agent.The results showed that a kind of waterborne low hydroxyl value acrylic resin was synthesized and the waterborne carbon black color paste was prepared,and the waterborne two-component black matt coating was further prepared・When the molar ratio of NCO/OH is 1.2:1.0,the ideal appearance of the film can be obtained by using 3%matting agent TS-100 and 0.75%slip agent P.
