摘要

对水性涂料在船用二冲程柴油机产品中的应用进行了研究。使用水性漆与溶剂型涂料分别进行涂层性能测试,测试结果表明,水性漆涂层性能满足柴油机专利方涂装规范及企业涂装标准要求,且水性漆个别性能指标优于我公司目前使用的溶剂型涂料。同时,对水性漆施工过程中存在的问题提出了应对措施。

Abstract

Study on application of waterborne paint for 2-stroke marine diesel.Carry out film performance test with waterborne paint and solvent-borne paint respectively,result shows that film performance of waterborne paint satisfies the requirements of licensor coating specification and enterprise standard,partial performance index of waterborne paint is better than solvent-borne paint used in our factory.Solutions are proposed according to the problems of waterborne paint application.
