摘要

介绍了无机纳米陶瓷涂料的制备工艺及硅烷水解缩合反应机理,重点探讨了多种硅烷水解的影响因素,并分析了试验结果与作用机理,发现不同种类硅烷单体上有机官能团、催化剂的种类及调试、助溶剂的种类与熟化工艺对涂料中的硅烷水解缩合影响较大。

Abstract

In this paper,the preparation technology of inorganic nano ceramic coatings and the reaction mechanism of silane hydrolysis and condensation are introduced,and the influencing factors of silane hydrolysis are discussed.The experimental results and action mechanism were analyzed.It was found that the organic functional groups on different kinds of silane monomers,the types and adjustment of catalysts,the types of co-solvents and the colloid ageing process had great influence on the hydrolysis and condensation of silane in coatings.
