摘要

从涂装领域面漆喷涂雾化器的设备原理出发,通过分析雾化器设备故障成因及车身喷涂缺陷成因,设计有效的检测手段,研发喷涂雾化器测试平台,实现雾化器维护保养效果确认,避免有缺陷的雾化器流入生产线,同时产生了良好的环境和经济效益。

Abstract

Base on the equipment principle of the topcoat spraying atomizer in the painting field,,we analyze the cause of the atomizer failure and the cause of painting defect,design a effective mean and develop a testing platform for the atomizer,realizing the confirmation of maintenance effect of the atomizer,avoiding the atomizer with defect will be used in production line.At the same time,environment friendly and economic benefits.
