摘要

通过化学氧化法制备了悬浮性能优异的磷酸化聚乙烯醇-盐酸掺杂聚苯胺(P-PVA/PANI HCl)。以尿素为催化剂、聚乙烯醇(PVA)和磷酸为原料、去离子水为溶剂制备出磷酸化聚乙烯醇(P-PVA)。以P-PVA为稳定剂和盐酸为掺杂剂制备出磷酸化聚乙烯醇-盐酸掺杂态聚苯胺(P-PVA/PANI HCl)。利用FT-IR和TEM表征了产物的结构及形貌,并测试了产物的悬浮性能。结果表明:在P-PVA直接添加的条件下,m(ANI):m(P-PVA)=1:1、n(苯胺):n(盐酸)=2:3时制备的P-PVA/PANI HCl在水中悬浮性最佳;TEM测试发现PANI HCl易团聚成片状,而P-PVA/PANI HCl为分散性良好的球状。

Abstract

Phosphorylated polyvinyl alcohol/hydrochloric acid-doped polyaniline(P-PVA/PANI HCl) with excellent suspension property was prepared by chemical oxidation.Phosphorylated polyvinyl alcohol(P-PVA) was prepared using urea as catalyst,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and phosphoric acid as raw materials and deionized water as solvent.P-PVA/PANI HCl was prepared by P-PVA as a stabilizer and hydrochloric acid as a dopant.The structure and morphology of the product were characterized by infrared spectrometer and transmitting electron microscope(TEM),and the suspension property of the product was tested.The results show that under the ANI/P-PVA mass ratio of 1:1 and aniline/hydrochloride molar ratio of 2:3 conditions,the suspension property of P-PVA/PANI HCl is best in water.TEM test indicates that PANI HCl is easy to aggregate,and P-PVA/PANI HCl is well-dispersible with spherical shape.
