摘要

车身漏雨会造成车身防腐性能降低甚至会影响车辆的使用,涂装涂胶是预防车辆漏雨的重要工序之一。从工艺评审、风险识别管理、要领建立、质量控制全过程介绍涂胶的管理控制方法,提升车身的密封性能减少漏雨问题的发生。

Abstract

The water leakage of the car body will reduce the anti-corrosion performance and even affect the use of the vehicle.The gluing is one of the important processes to prevent water leakage.This paper introduces the management and control methods of gluing from process review,identification and management of the risk of water leakage,essential establishment of operation skill and quality control.In order to improve the sealing performance of the car body and reduce the occurrence of water leakage.
