摘要

结合某公司公交车轮罩部位产生的典型锈蚀问题,排查出典型气候因素、轮罩密封不严、材质类因素、挡泥板焊接施工及阻尼胶施工等问题,并制定出相应改善方案,较好地改善了轮罩部位的锈蚀质量问题,进一步提高了客车产品的防腐品质。

Abstract

Combined with the typical rust problems of a company’s bus wheel cover,find out typical climatic factors,poor sealing of wheel covers,sheet factors,fender welding construction and damping glue construction problems,relevant improvement plans have been formulated to better improve the rust quality of the wheel cover parts,thereby further improving the anti-corrosion quality of passenger car products.
