摘要
结合工程机械涂装工艺特点,同时考虑国家环保政策影响,涂装施工工艺也同步进行了改进。目前,粉末涂装在工程机械涂装应用愈来愈广,但粉末涂料对烘干温度要求较高,而工程机械中的热板件本身热容量大,传统循环热风加热效率低,造成能耗浪费较大,生产节拍受影响。燃气触媒红外加热可有效提高烘干效率,降低能耗成本,但燃气触媒红外加热需要结合工件结构进行充分调试,才能起到理想的效果。
Abstract
In this article,combining the characteristics of the coating process of construction machinery and considering the impact of national environmental protection policies,the coating construction process has also been improved simultaneously.At present,the application of powder coating in the coating of construction machinery is becoming more and more widespread,but the drying temperature of powder coatings is higher.However,the hot plate in construction machinery has a large heat capacity,and the traditional circulating hot air heating efficiency is low,which causes a large waste of energy consumption and affects the production cycle.The gas catalyst infrared heating can effectively improve the drying efficiency and reduce the energy consumption cost,but the gas catalyst infrared heating needs to be fully debugged in conjunction with the structure of the workpiece to achieve the desired effect.
