摘要

为了满足年轻和个性化消费群体的需求,乘用车设计颜色有两种及以上搭配,特别是SUV采用悬浮式车顶的设计愈发流行,由此各大主流厂家先后开发出套色工艺以达到产品的设计要求。本文简要阐述了涂装线套色工艺方案选择、质量和效率提升措施。

Abstract

In order to meet the needs of young and personalized consumer groups,passenger car design color has two or more collocation,especially SUV suspension roof design is becoming more popular,so major mainstream manufacturers have developed color matching process to meet the design requirements of products.This paper briefly describes the selection of color process for coating line,quality and efficiency improvement measures.
