摘要

主要针对某次汽车T处理钢板应用后出现磷化发黑问题进行了研究,通过对磷化膜表面微观分析,并依据对磷化槽循环管路的排查结果,确定是由于循环管路堵塞导致,为涂装磷化工艺中T处理钢板的问题解决提供了指导及建议。

Abstract

This article mainly focuses on the problem of phosphating blackening after the application of a certain automobile T-treated steel plate.Through the microscopic analysis of the surface of the phosphating film,and based on the inspection results of the phosphating tank circulation pipeline,it is determined that it is due to the circulation pipe.It is caused by road blockage,which provides guidance and suggestions for solving the problem of T-treated steel plate in the coating and phosphating process.
