介绍了以不饱和聚酯树脂为主成膜物质制备的不饱和聚酯白底漆配方,针对漆膜附着力差、施工后易剥落的缺陷,逐一探讨了不饱和聚酯树脂品种选择、基材表面粗糙度、施工黏度、厚度以及环境温度等因素对漆膜附着力的影响.结果表明:通过合理选择适宜的树脂成膜物质、强化基材打磨工艺、降低涂料黏度与厚度等喷涂工艺改善,所喷涂漆膜的附着力达到1级,解决了其附着力差的问题.

The formula of unsaturated polyester white primer prepared with unsaturated polyester resin as the main film-forming material was introduced.In view of the defects of poor paint film adhesion and easy peeling after construction,the selection and base of unsaturated polyester resin were discussed one by one.The influence of factors such as surface roughness,construction viscosity,thickness and ambient temperature on the adhesion of paint film were discussed.The results show that through the reasonable selection of suitable resin film-forming materials,strengthening of the substrate polishing process,and reducing the viscosity and thickness of the coating,the adhesion of the sprayed paint film reaches level one,which solves the problem of poor adhesion.
