摘要

针孔是汽车涂装常见漆膜弊病之一,影响因素众多,通过降低膜厚、提高预烘干温度、对调喷涂机器人和添加助剂等探查针孔的成因,通过涂料调整基本解决了面漆针孔问题.

Abstract

Pinhole is one of the common defects of automobile coating film,which is affected by many factors.By reducing the film thickness,increasing the pre-drying temperature,adjusting the spraying robot and adding additives,the causes of pinholes were verified,and the pinholes of the body finish were basically solved by coating adjustment.
