摘要

因汽车生产制造过程中焊装车间板材拼接而成的大量焊缝,很难保证车身密封及隔绝外界的潮气、灰尘和烟雾,所以目前汽车制造厂都将喷涂汽车PVC密封胶工艺作为汽车生产质量工艺体系的重中之重,这也是众多汽车厂引进视觉测量技术喷涂密封胶工艺的主要原因.本文对视觉测量技术及其在机器人喷涂汽车密封胶系统中的应用进行了详细介绍.

Abstract

A large number of welding seams are formed by splicing plates during automobile production and manufacturing,it is difficult to insulate the moisture,dust and smoke from the outside.Therefore,automobile manufacturers will spray automotive PVC sealant process as the top priority of automobile production quality process system.This is also the main reason why many automobile factories introduce visual measurement technology to spray sealant process.The visual measurement technology and its application in robot spraying car sealant system were introduced in detai.
