摘要

针孔是水性漆最常见的漆膜缺陷之一,表现为固化的涂层上出现针状的气孔,严重影响了漆膜的质量和生产节拍,结合现场生产中的针孔问题,通过对烘干炉温度、油漆脱水率、漆膜厚度、机器人仿形轨迹和程序的排查,锁定问题发生的原因并进行优化调整.

Abstract

Pinhole is one of the most common film defect of water-based paint,which is the appearance of needle-like air holes on the cured coating,which seriously affects the quality of the paint film and the production efficiency.By checking the temperature of drying oven,paint dehydration rate,paint film thickness,robot profile trace and program,the cause of the problem was locked and optimized.
