摘要

简述了现代汽车工业中涂装车间工艺规划及相关涂装设备的研究进展.自动化制造、物流输送和智能控制方面的技术在涂装领域的应用使得涂装工艺流程的柔性显著提高.通过对新型车间工艺规划方法及新型设备的应用等方面的调查与研究,设计了适合低产能、多产品涂装车间的模块化工艺布局,工业岛式的车间布局将是适应高柔性生产需求的主要工艺规划形式.

Abstract

A research progress of painting workshops process planning and related equipment in modern automobile industry was briefly described. The application of technologies in automated manufacturing,logistics transportation and intelligent control in the coating field has significantly improved the flexibility of the coating process. Through investigation and research on new workshop process planning methods and the application of new equipment, a modular process layout suitable for low-capacity, multi-product painting workshops was designed. The industrial island-style workshop layout will be regarded as the main form of process planning to meet the needs of highly flexible production.
