低黏度涂料具有生产时粉料容易分散、生产效率高的优点,高触变性涂料具有优异的厚涂性能,可以大大提高施工效率.然而黏度与触变性之间存在相互影响,使低黏度高触变性体系建立存在一定的难度.本文从触变剂的搭配与添加量以及流变助剂的应用等方面进行试验,成功建立了低黏度高触变的涂料体系.

Low-viscosity paint has the advantages of easy dispersion of powder during production and high production efficiency.Highly thixotropic coatings have excellent thick coating properties,which can greatly improve construction efficiency.However,there is an interaction between viscosity and thixotropy,which makes it difficult to establish a low-viscosity and high-thixotropy system.In this paper,experiments were carried out on the combination and addition of thixotropic agents and the application of rheological additives,and successfully established a low-viscosity and high-thixotropic coating system.
