摘要

介绍了PVC胶(涂料)的定义、分类及其性能要求,着重分析了侧围焊缝PVC表面开裂问题产生的调查,以及侧围焊缝PVC表面开裂问题的解决,并提出了一些现场可实施的预防控制措施,对有效预防和根治PVC工艺中出现的重点质量问题具有很好的指导意义.

Abstract

The definition,classification and performance requirements of PVC adhesive(coating)were introduced.The investigation of the surface cracking of side wall weld PVC and the solution of the surface cracking of side wall weld PVC were emphatically analyzed.And some preventive and control measures were put forward,which has good guiding significance for the effective prevention and cure of the key quality problems in the PVC process.
