摘要

介绍了汽车涂装“湿碰湿”喷涂工艺的优点,针对易产生的针孔问题,分析了产生原因,从喷房温湿度设置、闪干条件控制、程序参数优化及油漆改良等方面提出了改善方法.

Abstract

The advantages of"wet on wet"spraying process for automobile coating were introduced.In view of the pinhole problem,the causes were analyzed,and the improvement methods were put forward from the aspects of temperature and humidity setting,flash drying condition control,program parameter optimization and paint improvement.
