摘要

介绍了电泳阳极管存在生产耗损的现状、不易检测的原因及造成的品质缺陷.通过硬件设计和配置,采集阳极管电流值到PLC系统,利用软件编程,统计计算过车时单个阳极管的周期电量,通过电量对比,及时将因损耗而不能满足生产的阳极管找出来,在触摸屏显示并声光报警,提醒维修人员进行检查,防止出现车体电泳不良而引起的质量缺陷.

Abstract

The current situation of production loss of electrophoresis anode tube and the reasons not easy to detect and the quality defects caused were introduced.Through design and configuration hardware,collect the current value of anode tube to PLC system.Using software programming,count and calculate the periodic electric quantity of a single anode tube when passing the car.By comparing the electric quantity,the anode tube which can not be satisfied with the production due to the loss is found out in time,and the acousto-optic alarm is displayed on the touch screen to remind the maintenance personnel to check to prevent the quality defects caused by the bad electrophoretic of the car body.
