摘要
在粉末涂装生产线上,厚壁工件、铸件等经过烘干固化后的冷却中,采用常规的强冷室吹嘴式结构冷却效果不理想,工件本身降温效果差.根据这种实际情况,对强冷室结构进行优化设计,采用风管通过式强冷室结构,此结构可以快速带走工件表面大量的热量,提高热交换效率,且所需风量较常规的吹嘴式强冷室要小,节能效果显著.
Abstract
In the process of drying heavy wall workpieces and castings in powder coating production line,the cooling effect of conventional nozzle structure with strong cooling chamber is not ideal,and the cooling effect of workpieces themselves is poor.According to this situation,the structure of the strong cooling chamber was optimized,the structure of air duct through the strong cooling chamber was adopted,this structure can quickly take away a lot of heat on the surface of the workpiece,improve the heat exchange efficiency,and the required air volume is smaller than the conventional nozzle type strong cooling chamber,with remarkable energy-saving effect.
