摘要

依据对颜填料结构特点和分散剂作用原理的研究,分析了丙烯酸、聚氨酯、环氧等多种水性分散剂的分子结构,总结了常用的分散剂中的锚固基团和亲水链段,提出了分散剂分子设计的思路.

Abstract

Based on the study of the structural characteristics of pigments and fillers and the action principle of dispersants,the molecular structures of acrylic acid,polyurethane,epoxy and other waterborne dispersants were analyzed.The anchoring groups and hydrophilic segments in common dispersants were summarized,and the idea of molecular design of dispersants was put forward.
