摘要

首先通过对粉末涂料涂层在低温环境下变脆、机械性能下降的现象进行机理分析,从而提出可通过适当降低涂层7;并结合提高涂层韧性的方法,来有效改善铝轮毂底粉在-20 T低温环境下抗碎石冲击性能变差的现象。通过对树脂和助剂的研究,成功制备出一种汽车铝轮毂底粉粉末涂料,该涂料具备良好的抗低溫碎石冲击性能,并满足铝轮毂涂装技术要求。

Abstract

Through the mechanism analysis of the brittle and mechanical properties of the powder coating under low temperature environment,the method of reducing the coating Tg and improving the toughness of the coating can be put forward to effectively improve the phenomenon of poor impact resistance of aluminum wheel huh powder in-20℃ low temperature environment.This research mainly through the study of resin and additives,successfully prepared a kind of automotive aluminum wheel hub primer powder coating,which has good Impact resistance of crushed stone in low temperature and meets the technical requirements of aluminum wheel hub coating.
