摘要

研究了应用于家电涂装方面的食品级粉末涂料,重点分析了配方中各种原材料以及生产工艺对于涂料性能的影响,研制出一种可运用于家用电热水壶的食品级粉末涂料,产品各项性能满足食品级粉末涂料的技术要求和客户企业标准,产品性能稳定,市场前景广阔。

Abstract

The food-grade powder coatings for household appliances were studied.The effects of raw materials and processing technology on the properties of the coatings were analyzed.A kind of food-grade powder coating for household electric kettle was developed.The properties of the coating meet the technical requirements of food-grade powder coating and the standards of customers.
