摘要

总结生产现场分析解决PVC胶条气泡的经验,从焊装、涂装、材料等多个方面进行调整优化,最终使得PVC胶条问题降低到符合整车质量主观评价要求的范围,同时将经验固化到焊装、涂装工艺文件,避免在新车型投产时胶泡问题的复发。

Abstract

The experience of production Geld analysis to solve the PVC strip bubbles was summarized.Adjusting and optimizing from welding,coating and material,and the problem of PVC strip was reduced to meet the subjective evaluation requirements of vehicle quality.At the same time,the experience was solidified into welding and coating process documents to avoid the recurrence of bubble problem when the new model was put into production.
