摘要

对汽车面漆涂层颗粒进行分析汇总,明确了面漆涂层颗粒的主要来源是色漆漆渣、清漆漆渣和打磨灰尘,,生产现场采取调整喷漆室风平衡、强化喷涂设备及工装工具的清洁、密闭喷漆前的敞开区域、规范标准作业流程等措施,改善了涂装面漆颗粒问题,据统计单台面漆颗粒数下降了64%,提升了涂装外观质量及生产线工作效率。

Abstract

Coating particles of automotive topcoats were analyzed and summarized,and the main sources of topcoat coating particles were paint residue,varnish residue and grinding dust.The production site measures were adopted such as adjusting the air balance of the spray booth,strengthening the cleaning of spraying equipment and tooling tools,sealing the open area before spraying,and standardizing standard operating procedures to improve paint particle problem.According to statistics,the number of top paint particles on a single table has dropped by 64%,improved the appearance quality of painting and the efficiency of production line.
