从汽车制造整体信息化系统的分析入手,总结了信息化系统(包含MES、PMC、ANDON、AVI等)的实际应用,浅析了信息化控制对车间实际生产带来的帮助。首先是实现现场可视化管理,通过MES、PMC、AVI系统和车身上的RFID信息进行数据相互交互,实现车体流动实时在线跟踪;其次是运用现场采集生产、质量信息对接公司组网进行数据双向传输,实现生产数据、质量信息实时联动,可进一步提高整体生产品质可视化、降低劳动强度、提高车身品质和推动精益生产,为整车生产制造具有竞争力的产品夯实基础。

With the analysis and arrangement of the whole information system of a painting workshop,the practical application of the information system were summarized(including MES,ANDON,PMC,AVI,etc.),the help of information control to the actual production were analyzed.The first,the field visual management was realized,through the MES,PMC,AVI system and the RFID information on the car body to interact with each other,to realize the real-time online tracking of the car body flow.The second,the field collection of production and quality information were used to connect the network for two-way data transmission,to realize the real-time production data interaction and quality of information,which can further improve the overall production quality visualization and reduce the Labor intensity,improve body quality and promote lean production to lay a solid foundation for the production of competitive products.
