摘要

采用分段排查、数据统计、缺陷复盘,通过分析材料特性、现场生产状态、设备工艺匹配,发现使用高钛白粉含量的电泳漆在搅拌状态不理想的情况下极易出现电泳结漆块缺陷,且95%发生位置在车身水平面,该缺陷可通过管控UF室体及淌水板清洁频次、摆杆触点清洁、槽液参数等进行改善及预防。

Abstract

By analyzing material characteristics,field production status and equipment process matching,it is found that electrophoretic lacquer with high titanium dioxide content is easy to appear electrophoretic lacquer block defect when stirring state is not ideal,and 95%of the defect occurs in the horizontal plane of the body.This defects can be improved and prevented by controlling the cleaning frequency of the UF chamber body and dripping plate,cleaning the swing rod contact,and controlling the tank fluid parameters.
