摘要

采用叔碳酸缩水甘油酯(E10P)对聚酯树脂进行改性研究,并以其制备了粉末涂料及涂层。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射图谱(XRD)、凝胶色谱仪(GPC)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了改性聚酯的性质,考察了采用改性聚酯制备的粉末涂料及涂层的流动性能、耐溶剂性能、耐水性能和人工加速老化(UVB-313)。结果显示:E10P能同时增加粉末涂料反应活性与流动性能;随着E10P含量增加,改性聚酯结晶度基本无变化,玻璃化转变温度逐渐降低,分子量呈现先增加后减小的趋势,涂层的耐溶剂性能呈现先提高后下降的趋势,耐水性能逐步降低,耐候性能逐步下降。

Abstract

Modified polyester was obtained through a procedure that glycidyl ester of versatic acid(ElOP)copolymerized with polyacid and polyol,based on which powder coating was prepared.The properties of modified polyester were investigated by FT-IR,XRD,GPC,DSC,meanwhile,the performances of powder coating were tested by horizontal flow and inclined flow,solvent rub,boiling water and UVB-313.It was found that El OP could both contribute to flow and reactivity;with the increasement of El OP,crystallinity kept amorphous,Tg,boiling water resistance and weathering resistance decreased,molecular weight and solvent resistance exhibited an increase first and then a decrease.
